If you aren’t getting Highbrook emails and you think you should, check your Spam filtering.

This may be happening either at your ISP (eg BTInternet, Tiscali, AOL) in which case you may need to adjust the settings, or in your mail client (eg Outlook).

It may also help if you add nobody@highbrook.info to your address books (both on your PC and at your ISP).

Re topic description length:

The size of the topic description has now been increased to 1,000 characters - but please be concise!

For those that can write HTML, it can now also contain <b>, <i> and <img> tags.

Re topic description length:

The size of the topic description was deliberately kept short so that several topics would always be visible without having to scroll on the topics list page.

If you have more information than will fit into the description field you should enter just the most important information then either:

* Type the rest of the information in as the first comment for the topic. The website administrator will then flag the comment as "sticky" - i.e. it will always be shown, in red, at the top of the comments list.

* Create a document containing the additional information then email it to the website administrator (webmaster@highbrook.info) who will copy your document to the site and update the topic with a link to it.

This and further tips on completing forms can be seen by clicking on the blue question mark button at the top of most forms.
